When do you clean the bins?
We schedule cleanings the day after your trash pickup so the bins are empty and ready. We'll confirm your pickup day when you book.
Do I need to be home?
Nope. Just leave your bins at the curb or driveway and we'll handle the rest. We'll send you a notification when we're done.
What if I have more than two bins?
Easy. Every plan includes two bins. Each additional bin is just $5 on top of the base rate — whether you're on the one-time, monthly, or quarterly plan. All billed together in one charge.
Is your process safe for kids and pets?
Yes. We use a 200° high-pressure hot water system — no chemicals or cleaning solutions. Just pure hot water power that sanitizes and deodorizes, completely safe for your family and pets.
